This refund policy applies to the Summer Sprint (6-week) program only. The EX Fellowship (3–6 month) is fully funded and has no program fees. All Summer Sprint fees are invoiced by Life AI Science Inc. (USA).
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your spot in the Summer Sprint program. This deposit is applied toward your total program fee.
If you cancel 60 or more days before your program start date, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid, minus the $500 non-refundable deposit.
If you cancel between 30 and 59 days before your program start date, you will receive a 50% refund of fees paid (minus the deposit). This is because accommodation and logistics have already been arranged.
Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the program start date are non-refundable. However, you may defer your spot to the next available cohort (subject to availability) at no additional cost.
If you leave the program early after it has started, no refund will be provided for the remaining program duration. In exceptional circumstances (medical emergency, family emergency), we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
In the unlikely event that EX Academy cancels a program (due to insufficient enrollment, force majeure, or other circumstances), participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid, including the deposit.
You may defer your enrollment to the next available cohort one time, free of charge, provided you notify us at least 30 days before your original program start date. Additional deferrals may be subject to a $200 administrative fee.
