We Believe the Best Education Happens Outside the Classroom
EX Academy was born from a simple observation: the most successful people we know didn't learn their most valuable skills in a lecture hall. They learned by building, failing, iterating, and building again. That's why we built EX Academy as a highly selective fellowship — a real hiring funnel for our portfolio companies, not just education.
We compress years of career growth into months of focused, immersive work. Our best fellows don't just leave with a certificate — they get hired. Previous fellows have stayed with Seraph Vision, Terminal AI, and the Zero X Group. Others have gone on to EY and Goldman Sachs.
Since our first cohort in 2023, we've hosted over 200 fellows from 30+ countries. We select only 12 per cohort from over 25,000 applicants. Many have been recruited into full-time roles across our portfolio. This is the pipeline — apply, get selected, prove yourself, get hired.

Rapid Growth
Over 100 interns from 20+ countries join the program. Portfolio companies begin to scale with intern contributions.
EX Academy Founded
The educational arm formalizes into EX Academy — operated by Life AI Science Inc. (USA) with a structured curriculum, Bali campus, and a 0.05% acceptance rate.
Fellowship Model
Launch of the fully-funded 3–6 month EX Fellowship. Expanding to the Canary Islands with Erasmus+ partnerships. 12 fellows per cohort, selected from 25,000+ applicants worldwide.

EX Academy is the hiring funnel for EX Venture, a venture studio that builds and invests in deep-tech startups. Our students don't just learn about startups — they work inside them, and the best ones stay.
Our portfolio includes companies in biotech, clean energy, AI, and proptech — including Seraph Vision, Terminal AI, and the Zero X Group. When you join EX Academy, you enter the hiring pipeline for these companies, with access to mentors, founders, and career opportunities that simply don't exist in traditional education.
